Say yes to putting the puzzle pieces together!

Today I finished all of my one-on-one meetings with the Women with Vision board of directors.  This was more challenging than the NJMBA group because there was a lot of similarities between the women but I DID IT!  I was able to listen and decide the best place to assign specialty roles to the board so we can now execute our plan.  WOO HOO! It is so great go get to know others and then thinking about how to put them in a place of success.  The picture on today’s blog post was taken at the park by my house at lunch.  This is the first morning that I decided to return to a morning meditation routine and a walk in the park at lunch.  I am involved in so much right now that it is vital that I keep my mind clear and open for strategy and execution.
