Great day today!  I had the pleasure of speaking at Nahrep today at their Mindset matters summit.  After work we celebrated Mike’s 28th birthday today.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking at the NJBIA Women’s committee my talk was on leading like a woman1. I had a great day!

Very busy day today!  A lot of strategic meetings and a great visionary meeting which I love because we are working on bringing in new talent not our incredible industry.

This morning I recorded a session with Rene Rodriguez for the MBANJ women’s committee session at the MBA conference it was great we talked about undeniable value/leadership.  After lunch Tony and I went to run errands for the baby shower…

Today we all went to Jon’s house to finish painting and putting the furniture for my grand baby’s room!  Wow I can’t believe we are only 11 weeks away from me meeting her.  We had a great day of talking…

Very busy day today it started with a mentoring session with a young lady then it was followed by 2 coaching sessions and it ending with helping a WWV BOD woman that needed my guidance with making a career change.

Today Chris and I drove down to Philadelphia to spend the day at Umortgage.  It was very productive and I got to have Michael in one of the meetings.  After Chris and I had lunch and then I drove home…

Awesome day!  At the office with Chris and Jon, very busy and today I had the pleasure of speaking at the Women empowered event and I won the 2022 MPA elite women award.

Today we had a great monthly call with High heels in high places, it was our one year anniversary of starting the group.  I also had a great prep call for my panel discussion next week for Nahrep.

Up early and at the office at 6 am, our new EPM office!  Today Jon and I worked together and it was great very productive.  It is such a special moment to work with our children.
