Say yes to 2 What’s your why!

Today I had the joy of doing 2 What’s your why interviews.  One was from a seasoned veteran and one was with a newer Loan officer.  I love the fact that my industry trusts me to open up and share their why it’s so important that we not only show our expertise but to also show that we care about the families we serve.
