Say YES to a bike ride and a day in the pool!

1st day in Arizona and yes it’s HOT!  But that’s ok, we woke up and went for a bike ride and we got our bagels and ate outside. Then we came home and we met our neighbors and talked to them, after lunch we went in the pool and here’s the best part….  I didn’t feel bad or guilty for not working, now I know that seems strange that on a Saturday I feel guilty but honestly regardless of the day or the time if I’m not working on something I feel guilty but I am making progress with learning that I am able to rest and to enjoy and be happy without the guilt, say yes to no guilty and enjoy life!
