Say YES to a coaching session!

Today I had the joy of guiding a young woman through her new position, her first executive position.  It is such an interesting time in my career right now because I am leaving a co that I grew for 15 years to rebuild and from the outside it will look odd but I had to Say YES to the opportunity to grow and build something bigger and better, let’s go!!
