Say yes to a growth mindset!

Today I started working on my content for a webinar I am putting together fixed verses a growth mindset WOW!  Here I thought that I had a growth mindset but after researching this I now realize that that there are times where I revert back to a fixed mindset when I think that I am not capable.  I am looking forward to diving into this further and presenting my findings.  Today I had my MBANJ women’s committee meeting such a great group of ladies we are tackling the “BIG” elephants in the room, I love that!  After work I met my next 3 Thrive Thursday guests 2 from the west coasts and 1 from the east.  Then at 8 Christine Madison and I went live on clubhouse as we discussed the hot topics of the mortgage industry within women with vision.
