Say YES to a NAMMBA panel discussion!

Amazing day!  I had the honor of speaking on a panel today at the National Association of Minority mortgage bankers and we had a real and passionate discussion about the lack of equality and diversity within the mortgage industry. Now that was only the start of the amazement because after I stepped off stage I had a line of people waiting to speak to me, everyone from young women to leaders in the industry looking to share they thoughts on what I said and one gentleman even asked me to be part of his doctorate thesis because his topic is regarding breaking through the glass ceiling.
