Say YES to a podcast and sunflowers!

Today I was a guest on the healing power of Hope podcast. I was surprised to see that this podcast was hosted by 2 young men.  We focused on positivity and why HOPE is so important, we had a good time.  I was also happy today because yesterday I sent a note to some of my Women with Visioni ladies and one of them sent me a picture of a sunflower back well that inspired me to send her a bouquet of sunflowers and she was so happy when she received them and that lifted me up.  So the moral of this story is that when you need a lift do something for others you always win and are lifted up.
