Say YES to a what’s your why episode!

This morning I had the pleasure of meeting with a LO that shared his why with me.  I was so moved that I started to tear up because he was very emotional.  He went to college for sign language and now he helps deaf borrowers and he shared a story about one gentleman and I am so happy that I have the ability to build trust and connection with people within the industry to have them share their why.
