I love the fact that I can learn more about others and spotlight them to let them shine.  Today I interviewed a woman that I met on LinkedIn a few months ago and we have become friends.  She said that once I gave her confidence her whole life has changed.  See that is the power that we have when you share your kindness and time with others.
