Say YES to an MBA spotlight and making someone cry!

I started my day with posting an episode of What’s your why Wednesday. The guest on the show wrote me to tell me that she was brought to tears because after 25 years in the mortgage industry she was spotlighted.  I love that!  Sometimes you don’t realize the ripple you are creating so put yourself out there and just say YES!  I also did a NJMBA spotlight video it is so great to hear how others came into the industry and why they stayed and are still making a difference.
