Say yes to feeling special

I was so pleased this week when I received a surprise gift of flowers from my mentee.  See I said yes to mentoring a young woman professional and she wanted to share her gratitude with me by sending me beautiful flowers for my Thanksgiving table how awesome is that!  Sometimes you have to take a deep breath and realize that you did something good and made a difference in another person’s life.  Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and although this year is very different it doesn’t matter because my boys and my parents and my husband will be with me and that’s all I need.  Love life and be grateful!
