Say YES to going above and beyond!

Today I had a gentleman I used to do business with reach out to me for some help and he said something to me that shocked me.  He said that only 2 times in his life did a top level executive speak to him and guess what the 2 times were with me.  Now that is very sad because everyone should be treated as a VIP and I am honored when I get to make someone feel special.  So awesome!
