Say yes to helping another with Zoom!

Today we had a very important video call scheduled with the partners.  I reached out to one of the executives that is not very comfortable with technology and I asked, are you good with doing a video call?  He said, no I’m just going to dial in, Well, I knew the importance and I said you know what, let me help you.  So I sent him a zoom test link and I showed him how to use his camera, his lighting and his audio and he looked great.  At 3 PM he was the first to log in and he looked amazing and he was confident and ready.  See, it may seem like something small but it wasn’t it showed him how much I cared and I gave him confidence for a valuable meeting.  Love this!!
