Say YES to hosting a sales meeting!

Today I was asked to host a weekly sales meeting for an organization and I said YES!  Of course right after I thought to myself what on earth am I going to speak about but see that’s the amazing part of saying YES.  If we stop and think about the details we would never say YES so we just have to agree and then we can come up with our plan and that’s what I did and you know what I have my idea now.  So don’t be afraid of the details just put yourself out there and it will come together.
