Say Yes to Leading Ladies of Mortgage Channel!

Awesome day!  I had the 1st meeting of the NJMBA Women’s committee and we have a great plan on how we can empower and grow a tri-state area women’s mortgage group. Then I had a great marketing meeting and we were discussing the different women’s groups I am involved with and Sheri mentioned being on the board of Mortflix and how about a women’s channel.  OMG!! I didn’t even think about it so I went to the board and pitched it and guess what?  Today the Leading Ladies of Mortgage channel is born.  I also had something very special happen, Mary who is on the women’s committee with me called me one year ago tomorrow to thank me to teaching her to Say Yes everyday because she took a new job.  Well one year later I asked her how it turned out and she told me that it was the best decision she has ever made and her life is so much better because she said YES to the change.  How great is that?  See that’s the power of saying YES.
