Say yes to mentoring!

My morning started with working with my marketing team on a new article regarding why we should all be life long mentors and mentees and it was the perfect day for it because at 5 PM tonight I had my first meeting with a gentleman that reached out to me for mentoring.  I never met him before but I said yes because he reached out to me and anyone who allows themself to be that vulnerable I will always help them.  We came together and I asked him to share his story and by the end of our 30 mins together I gave him a full marketing strategy and a home work assignment of what needs to be done by our next call 2 weeks from now.  How great is that helping others and learning new things all by saying yes!
