Say YES to mentoring!

Today I had the pleasure of mentoring a young lady, Brittany.  We had such a great conversation. I learned about her journey and I also learned where she is looking to go and we came up with a plan of building her personal brand, getting the education she needs for the role she wants and how to gain confidence in herself.
