Say yes to my first coaching ever!

Ok big day today! Once again I said YES to something that I have never thought of doing before.  I coached my first person and I really enjoyed it!  I challenged him to give me his life vision and then I had him go backwards to see how he was going to accomplish it we spent an hour working through it and I think we did very well.  I have another coaching person this week and I look to dive deeper and perfect my craft.
