Say yes to Powertalks!

Today I had the pleasure of being a guest on Janet Ioli’s Power talks, it’s a show where she interviews powerful women leaders to share insights and advice for other women.  I had a lot of fun sharing where Say Yes came from and what I hope to accomplish.  It’s funny how after some interviews I have an ah ha moment and this was one of those.  I also had a great planning session with the MBANJ team regarding the conference and I had a great planning meeting for my speech at originator connect.  After work Tony and I drove up to the lake house and I talked to Mike the whole way up, he was excited that he did his first 90 day review with one of his team members.  He is doing so well at his job and I am very proud of him.
